Design planning
We start the design phase with a workshop or video call to discuss all your wishes, requirements and any uncertainties. Our experienced Shopify designers will provide an initial feasibility assessment. Your project manager will also attend this meeting and documents all points discussed.

Screen designs
Once all the requirements are clear, the designers get to work. You provide feedback and change requests in agreed review loops, and then review the finished designs in coordination meetings with the project manager and designer.

Handover to the programmers
Once the design is complete, the programmers start with the implementation. The handover takes place internally so that you do not have to express your wishes again. The designer and the project manager create work instructions for the developers and discuss everything with the main developers, i.e. the main developers responsible for the project.
AMC
We have completely revamped the design for AMC to present customers with an elegant look. The new design features a slightly darker color palette and higher-quality images. The homepage, collection page, and product detail page in particular have been improved in terms of UI and UX. A special feature of AMC is the consultant search, which allows customers to book online cooking courses or cook together with a consultant in a nearby AMC showroom.
PARSA
For our client Parsa, we completely redesigned the navigation structure and adapted the colors to the respective categories. Colors, buttons, and product tiles were redefined and redesigned. The “Shop the look” section on the home page was implemented to promote cross-selling. In addition, the individual collections were prominently placed under the hero slider to give users direct access to the products they want.
CoffeeB
We redesigned CoffeeB and implemented new features. Our team adapted the existing style guide and revised the navigation structure based on a Shopify theme, including an improved search function. The coffee strength is now displayed on the product tiles using icons. In addition, the dropdown content on the product detail pages has been sorted more logically and also provided with icons.
