Headless commerce
With headless commerce, e-commerce retailers are breaking new ground because, unlike traditional store systems, the front end and back end run separately. This not only gives you more flexibility and design freedom, but also benefits your omnichannel sales. It also reduces the risk of downtime on busy sales days.

We support these retailers
Headless Commerce and Shopify
Whether you want a headless frontend, a headless checkout to guide your customers through the purchase process, or a headless CMS for a magazine or blog in your Shopify store, we are experts at it all. With the Hydrogen frontend framework and the Oxygen hosting platform, which Shopify merchants can use at no extra cost on the Basic, Shopify, Shopify Advanced and Shopify Plus plans, headless commerce is easy to implement.
Headless solutions
We work with Hydrogen to build headless frontends. If you want a comprehensive CMS for your Shopify store, we connect the proven Storyblok solution to your Shopify store. Would you like to use a headless checkout? We have had good experience with Klarna Checkout in the past.
Improved SEO
Headless commerce allows for flexible URL translation and improved internal linking. A well-thought-out API architecture and routing strategy can optimize the URL structure and improve the transfer of link juice to important pages. With a smart linking strategy, you can take full advantage of headless commerce.
Flexibility
You have the flexibility to develop and customize your store's user interface. We have extensive experience in front end design and development and are happy to help.
How we support you as a Shopify Plus agency
If you are using Latori's support for the development, setup and connection of your headless commerce system, we will proceed as follows:
Consulting
We can advise you on choosing the right system to meet your headless requirements.
Development & Design
We take your vision for your future headless commerce and adapt it entirely to your needs. Once the front end has been developed and content has been added, we connect it to your Shopify back end using an interface.
Testing & Go-Live
Before your headless store goes live, we test it thoroughly to ensure a smooth go-live. Of course, you can also test the store sufficiently in advance.

Horando
Horando moves with the times and benefits from the many advantages of a headless CMS. The watch retailer decided to use the headless CMS Storyblok. We took over the programming and implementation of the content. We then connected the content management system to the headless frontend using the CMS API.
Sennheiser
Sennheiser uses a headless frontend, which gives it greater flexibility in developing and designing its user interface. This offers the users of the online store an individual and unique user experience. Here too, we connected Shopify Plus as a backend via an interface.
Hunter
Hunter is aware of the many advantages of headless commerce. The brand therefore decided to use Shopify Hydrogen in order to be able to develop and design the front end flexibly. Hunter also decided to use the headless CMS Storyblok, which we configured and connected.
Stylecats
With its other store stylecats®, the cat counterpart to Hunter, the brand also benefits from the advantages offered by headless commerce. Both stores share the same backend, but with different storefronts. Another highlight of the store is the shared shopping cart. It allows customers to synchronise their shopping carts regardless of which store they are shopping in. The headless store was also built using Shopify Hydrogen.
Parsa
Parsa is also aware of the many possibilities offered by headless commerce. The Parsa store's Shopify backend is only used for checkout - the rest runs headless. For the beauty brand, the flexibility with which the store can be designed and the ability to respond quickly to current trends was an unbeatable argument. Parsa Beauty also uses the popular headless CMS Storyblok.
