Who is behind the playbook?

The Shopify Ecosystem Playbook is a joint project of Latori and Hyghstreet - the two leading Shopify Premier Agencies in the DACH region with the official support of Shopify.

With over 12 years of e-commerce experience, we support companies in using Shopify optimally for their individual requirements - whether for migration, scaling or optimization of existing stores.

Our goal: to show you the potential of the platform - and how you can exploit it for your business.

To give you as realistic a picture as possible, in this playbook we use two successful projects - HUNTER and JUNGLÜCK - to show you how versatile Shopify can be used in practice and what concrete results have been achieved with it.

HUNTER

HUNTER is one of the best-known brands in the pet sector and has successfully migrated to Shopify together with the Shopify Plus agency Latori. In the playbook, HUNTER is presented as a case study - with a focus on brand management, user experience and functional enhancements. With HUNTER and stylecats®, two independent storefronts were combined under one system - for a seamless shopping experience with a joint checkout and centralized control.

JUNGLÜCK

The sustainable cosmetics brand JUNGLÜCK is one of the fastest-growing D2C brands in German-speaking countries - managed by the Shopify agency Hyghstreet. In the playbook, we present JUNGLÜCK as a case study and show how a well thought-out Shopify tech stack and the targeted use of apps lead to a seamless, personalized customer journey. From product search to customer loyalty: JUNGLÜCK uses the possibilities of Shopify Plus to harmonize brand values and performance.
