Challenge / Goal
Development of an advertising material shop with differentiated customer areas for employees, existing customers, and prospective customers
Integration and improvement of the SAP interface for automated data transfer
Ensuring stable and smooth ordering processes for all user groups
User-friendly design of the shop in Westag's corporate design
Implementation
As part of the project, a modern advertising material shop was implemented that appeals to three different customer groups individually and has differentiated access rights.
Particular focus was placed on optimizing the SAP interface in order to seamlessly and automatically synchronize product data and orders with the existing ERP system. This enabled Westag to simplify internal processes and increase customer satisfaction.
In addition, emphasis was placed on a responsive and appealing design that meets the high standards of user-friendliness.
