GetSteps

GetSteps gives customers easy, modern online access to high quality insoles. These are customised by the shopper for their own needs in a self-service process and created by experts.

Implementation

We were able to support GetSteps in various areas such as design and store customisation. The integration of various Shopify applications such as Klaviyo and DHL were also part of the portfolio.

As the customer wanted some additional features, we configured and implemented them. These included the reorder function, automatic customer account invitation and the ability to configure custom insoles.

To enable multi-channel distribution, we connected additional channels such as Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest and integrated Google and Google Maps.
