As Germany's leading brand for organic muesli, mymuesli faced the challenge of migrating its existing e-commerce store to a future-proof and powerful platform. The goal was to relaunch on Shopify Plus in order to meet complex, individual customer requirements and modernize processes.

Implementation
The project was realized through intensive collaboration between the e-commerce agencies Latori and Hyghstreet and the internal team at mymuesli. Within just five months, a customized solution was developed that brought mymuesli's vision to life. Hyghstreet handled the design and front-end tasks, while the Latori team implemented all the back-end features.
The centerpiece of the new shop is the muesli mixer. The Latori team used Meta Objects and Shopify Functions to implement one of the most complex product configurators on Shopify. This in-house development allows customers to create their own individual organic muesli from a wide range of ingredients.
As part of the shop concept, a shop-in-shop for the Tree of Tea brand was integrated. This area has its own corporate design and special features, such as a custom-programmed upsell slider directly on the product detail pages.
Latori's backend team took care of complex technical processes such as data migration while adhering to the highest security standards. Shopify Subscriptions was also used to introduce flexible subscription models for deliveries every 4, 8, or 12 weeks. In addition, Latori integrated the LoyaltyLion loyalty program for the “mymuesli Club.”
