Implementation
We successfully supported Wunschgutschein in the realisation of both the B2B and B2C stores. As customers can switch between B2B and B2C, we created a pop-up to inform visitors of the change of store.
The integration of gifting options gives shoppers a unique opportunity to personalise and gift their orders. We have also introduced an upselling feature that allows Gift Vouchers to suggest additional products or upgrades to their customers directly in the shopping basket. We will continue to support Gift Voucher with optimisations in the future.
