The Mister-Spex subsidiary Linsenpate has been a specialist retailer for contact lenses and care products in Germany since 2010. In 2021, the Linsenpate store switched to Shopify Plus.

Implementation
The migration to Shopify Plus was solved by setting up the store from scratch. After the introduction of the new internal Microsoft Navision system, all data was imported from there.
Maintaining the familiar UX was important for the Linsenpate team, as the familiar UX and structure could not be lost. Nevertheless, the new store needed to be more modern and friendly. Our front-end team implemented the new design and additional functions such as the re-order function, product filtering by category and calling up the availability of product variants "on the fly".
Finally, our developers implemented the complex price lists and the handling of product data for thousands of product variants on the product page. The Mention Me, Usercentrics and Google Analytics systems were also implemented before the go-live.
