The shop hechtundbarsch.de specialises in a wide range of products for the modern predator angler. The range covers the entire spectrum of fishing accessories - from lures, rods and reels to clothing and equipment. They sell their products in both B2C and B2B models.

Implementation

Hecht und Barsch approached us with the request to switch from Shopware to Shopify Plus. As part of the migration, we set up the shop, created and implemented the design and transferred all the data. We also took care of connecting various tools, including Klaviyo, Descartes Pixi, 8 Returns and Shipeasy.

A special feature of the project was the integration of a rewind service, which allows customers to order reels for fishing rods that have been rewound. The customer sees a drop-down menu on the product page for each reel. This contains the reel variants as well as the different lines that can be selected for the reel shown. Once the selection has been made, the service can be added to the shopping basket and the reels will be delivered to the customer fully spoolled.
