Eurofins, a leading company in laboratory and diagnostic technology, has optimized its online store on Shopify Plus. The focus was on updating the theme, migrating customer accounts, integrating Shopify forms and optimizing the front end to improve the shopping experience.

Implementation
As part of the project, the Shopify theme Warehouse was updated to ensure a modern design and a user-friendly interface. Latori's developers successfully migrated the customer accounts and transferred them securely to the new system. In the process, the old customer accounts were migrated to new account types so that all accounts are now converted to company accounts.
In addition, the store has been optimized for B2B customers so that only verified, logged-in Eurofins customers can access the purchase area. Purchases are not possible without the required registration and verification.
The checkout process was changed to a one-page checkout to simplify and speed up the checkout process. In addition, various Shopify forms were integrated to provide customers with a more interactive shopping experience. The Shopify Forms app was installed and configured to enable customized forms for the specific requirements.
