Our Projects
Shopify Themes
We develop custom storefronts (also known as themes) for our clients’ online shops. In most cases, these are still server-side rendered templates, implemented using the Shopify template language Liquid, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Headless E-Commerce Architecture
A new trend in e-commerce is stores where the frontend consists of a single-page application. For this, we use React and Next.js. It would be great if you already have experience in this area, but it is not a must-have.
Shopify Apps (Plugins)
Extensions for Shopify are called Shopify Apps. These are plugins used to expand the system with new features. We develop these in the backend with Ruby on Rails and in the frontend with React. This includes both our own Shopify apps as well as plugins for other software providers and merchants.

About us
Founded in 2012, Latori GmbH is an owner-managed company with around 40 employees across various departments. Latori is the first Shopify Plus agency in the DACH region and is now one of the very few Shopify Premier Partners in the region. Our team works partly from our offices in Wuppertal and Stuttgart (and surrounding areas), while a large portion of our team works up to 100% remotely. We work with clients such as Sennheiser, Mister Spex, and Live Fast Die Young, developing customized online store solutions that are technically sophisticated, high-performing, and scalable. We are looking for highly skilled frontend developers who do more than just implement Shopify themes—they develop innovative, high-performance, and accessible solutions for our customers.
